spironolactone isn't total crap but it seems to be effective only in its cream form and even then, it's almost pointless without finasteride or dutasteride. without finasteride or dutasteride, u need a very good topical combination, not simply spironolactone. collegechemistrystudent will be able to tell u some things but they're quite complicated! :?

hairlosstalk has been able to maintain his hair nicely with just revivogen and spironolactone, according to him.

The original Megaman series never really got me interested. The Megaman X series is godlike.

killuminati,

Unfortunately topical anti-dht regimes are just fad imho. they might be an add on.
If you can't use propecia or dutasteride

use nizoral shampoo and let it stay on your scalp for 5 minutes every day.

use spironolactone in the evenings (if you use the shampoo in the morning).

use tricomin and/or proxiphen-N ( sods) to fight against male pattern baldness.

(minoxidil does not stop male pattern baldness, finasteride/dutasteride and to some extent sods do).

good luck.

i thought tricomin (and sod's) did nothing for hairloss. i thought it was a growth stimulant like minoxidil. can someone explain to me how is it that they slow hair loss please? thanks!
