What's up my fellow baldies?
My name is Eli from Israel and I'm 29 years old.
I have been suffering of hairloss for the past 10 years even though I was in some sort of a denial until recently. In the last few months my volume of hair on the top of my head has decreased dramatically and now my scalp is 100% visible even if I let my hair grow very long. I'm very frustrated of this situation and would like to hear if any of you can suggest something to me to help my situation.
I tried using propecia for like one year without any noticeable results. I also gave minoxi a try but it didn't do any good either.
My confidence has totally gone due to this...

you're retarded. you think derma rolling is going to grow his hair back? rofl. he's been using finasteride for 1 year and it hasnt done much. get a hairsystem and stop wasting your time, honestly.

Thanks for the advises guys. I have never heard of derma rolling, will look into it.
About the hair system, I was actually considering it but I have never seen pictures of "before and after" where the system is totally invisible. It's very easy to tell when you meet someone who wears a system

If you're tan, look into scalp micro pigmentation (SMP), also you could try dutasteride if finasteride isn't working.

Rafael does not come near the quality of any of the salons offering same services in N. America or Europe. His prices are astronomical, and his quality is VERY poor. He uses old technology but brainwashes his clients into thinking that they can't do any of their own maintenance. Go to his website. Does he talk about options for bases, hair type, or any of the information that you will find on other sites like NWL, BySix, UK Hair Systems or ANY of the legitimate companies? No, of course not, an educated customer has expectations.

Look at the before/after pics, they all have almost the same style, with walls of hair at the hairline. The systems are too dense and look really fake. I have an acquaintance who got a system from them, he thinks he looks great, he looks awful. He has the proverbial dead rat on his head. Hair is super shiny, super-high density when his side hair is almost non-existent. The hairline is not even straight. Mutual friends were talking, and all agree, he looks bad, but no one wants to tell him.

Does the website list prices, no, of course not. This is a VERY bad sign. They get you in, and then you are talked into paying a huge amount up front, and a monthly maintenance charge. When I asked my acquaintance, what does it cost, he said: "I am not allowed to tell you".

Other customers of "Rafael" told me they paid $1,900.00 for the system and $100 a month for maintenance.


There are other, and better options out there, this is NOT one of them.

I don't really "feel" it. If you are used to having hair, it won't be a huge difference. Going from totally bald to having hair, took some time to get used to.
