I'm an 18 month user of Propecia and continue to use it. Recently, I've been contemplating a switch to dutasteride. Not trying to fear monger, just sharing some of the potential pitfalls of these drugs I recently learned about that 2 doctors didn't bother discussing with me, despite my asking. I figure most prescribing doctors don't know the extent or are just flat unaware.
