A little bit of hair transplant?

Hey all, I'm 25 and so far for the past 2 years I have been dealing with the slight thinning I have noticed by using Toppik(those of you who see me post in the cosmetic section know I'm an avid fan!). I started rogaine foam in Jan and so far it's been about 5 months with no real obvious results so far.

I'd say I'm a diffuse thinner, with my hairline still intact. My main concern really is the front center which I think it is noticible if I don't use toppik. I'm giving the foam 9 months but in case it doesn't work I have seriously been contemplating maybe "a little bit of hair transplant".... that is, just to fill in the density a little in the front and maybe a tad bit on the sides as well.

What are your thoughts about this?

Thanks

I've taken pix of my hair in the past but my camera sux, it's a bad quality camera phone and you can't see it very well. One wouldnt think "wow hes thinning" let alone "he needs a hair transplant" when theyd look at me, you basically can't notice any thinning if I'm wearing toppik in those areas...

That's why I'm just wondering if it's common for diffuse thinners who just want to add "a little more density" to certain sections to undergo a hair transplant.. is it recommended or not? Especially at 25.

If you really do need pictures I'll try to take some but this is just a general question I don't see how pictures will make a difference.

Is there anyone here under 30 who has a little diffuse thinning on certain spots who's undergone or is thinking about hair transplant?
