A few questions on minoxidil & NANO & Progaine

minoxidil:
I read on the box it says it only affects the vertex (the center of the head more-or-less). Is it not worth applying to the other areas? I am mainly concerned about the frontal hairline.
NANO:
Someone said a site was posted for this shampoo, but I was unable to locate it. Could someone post it again, or is it just found at normal stores like Wal-Mart/Wal-Greens?
Progaine:
I bought this shampoo/conditioner. Anyone had any experience with it. It was right next to Rogaine, and well I just picked it up. How often should i use it? Non-nizoral days?

minoxidil works on hairline. It was not test on hairline, so they cant make the claim that it works there.

NANO is a special shampoo with growth stimulants designed by Dr. Proctor. I'm sure he'd LOVE to sell it in stores like WalMart but since it costs 45/bottle, you wont see it there. Buy it at http://www.lef.org/newshop/items/item00320.html or http://www.drproctor.com/products.htm

Progaine is a fine shampoo, but make sure you are using nizoral 2-3x week and leaving it on several minutes.
