That's funny, I just got some folligen and wondered the same thing. I then squeezed all of the Foligen into the sink. So folligen will only last 15 seconds.
I have had mine about a month and its about half full. I also got the cream and from what I can tell its about the same, not being able to see in it makes that a bit tougher to estimate.
