Its been about 9 months since I started on finasteride and Nizoral (nizoral has been on and off). I don't see any noticable improvements. In fact, I think I am shedding a bit. (its now about 10 hairs fall every time I run my hands through my hair and it used to be 2-5 hairs) Is it time for Rogaine?

As you can see in the pic taken may 2008, I am diffuse thinner - how do I apply? A spray bottle?

Any other suggestions?

Look , if you are suffering male pattern baldness then taking finasteride will be benificial no matter what. I highly reccomend you stay on finasteride. If it's the price then switch to Proscar 5ths.

I plan to stay on the finasteride, at least for another 3 months to make it 1 year.

Should I go with the rogaine now or wait to see if I get better results from the finasteride? Has it not kicked in yet or is this all i am going to see?

If I should go with the rogaine, what would be the best method of application?

If you don't have any sides stay on finasteride as long as it works.
I'd suggest you to go on the rogaine foam right now, especially if you keep your hair short.
