i had my hairloss in my two sides first
my hairline and crown hair was good then
i saw a doctor the doctor said she coldn't find my hairloss in my head
but she gave me the minoxidil
i don;t know it would have a bad hairloss time
i aplly it all over my head
and now very bad siutation my hairline is bad
and i have diffuse thin i have hairloss in my back head also

why


i use poscar and i give up the minoxidil

right?


why i had my two sides' hairloss first?

It seems that you aren't very well versed in English, but thats okay because we can understand you. Can you read it well? If so, you can get a lot of knowledge just by reading this forum and the main website hairlosstalk.com

I have some questions for you:

How long did you use minoxidil?

How long have you been on Proscar?

It seems that you probably just started using it if the doctor had a hard time finding your hairloss. I recommend that you cut your proscar into 1/4 peice and take 1/4 of a proscar tablet a day. Try this for one year and hopefully you will regrow some hair. At the minimum, you should be able to maintain the hair you have. If you have a camera, take pictures of your hair right now and take photos every couple of months to chart your progress.

From what is described, it is possible that you don't have male pattern baldness to begin with. But because minoxidil is used, it caused an initial shed on the crown. If I were you, I would seek a second opinion from a male (preferably balding) doctor (and preferably a dermatologist). You need to know whether its really male pattern baldness or areata or something else before considering what to do next.
