Hi there,
Type of hailoss:
Diffuse thinning on top and recession.
Regime:
xandrox 15% and 5% non-ppg for 9 months on temples only,
fluridil daily for 8 months,
Scalp Exercises for 7.5 months
been on Tricomin on and off. just started again,
started folligen a couple of weeks ago,
drink 2 or so cups of green tea daily,
brewers yeast daily,
majorly improved diet,
more exercise 2X aerobic,1X weights a week.
Results:
Top looks the same or maybe slightly worse.
Temple recession is in the same place or a tiny bit back
The front hair (where my quiff is) has thinned out a fair bit, noticably( to me at least).
Would anyone recommend dropping the fluridil(cos its well expensive)? or any other thing? BTW i'm not doing propecia - tried that for 5 months no sides but didnt want to worry about getting them at any point in the future.
Many thanks,j
