I started rogaine foam 5% in the first week of June 2014 to help with my slowly receding hair line (used twice a day without fail). Looking back, it wasn't as bad as I made it out to be, but I figured I should tackle the problem while I still could reverse it.
I think I may have made a mistake. I went through a pretty rough shed for a few weeks (all over my head) and there have been no visible results. I've done a ton of reading on this and from what everyone suggests, shedding is a good thing since you respond well to the medicine. However, I haven't made any progress. It has gotten way worse and I've been thinning out all over my head where it once was very very thick. I just don't know what to do. Should I ride this out until a full year or should I quit while I still have the hair I have?
I'm still losing over 100+ hairs a day easily with lots visible in the shower. I have never shed like this until I started rogaine, now its a daily thing. I know people say that rogaine wouldn't make my hair fall out, but damn I didn't have any issues until now...
