Anyone use the 5% version and not the 15%? I'm just wondering if it is quick drying like Lee's regular minoxidil or if it is slow, time consuming, pain in the *** drying time type a thingy like Rogaine. You know what I mean. :hairy:

The xanadrox %5 is quick drying and non-greasy... The only difference between it and Dr. Lee'x 5% minoxidil (which is great) is the addition of azelaic acid and the extra 15$/bottle cost... Im also using his night-time formula ( xanadrox/retin-a ) because I do think there may be a little proof for the benefit of retin-a (not so sure about azelaic acid) however the retin-a is causing irritation so I may have to use it less frequently or stop it. Im using the plain %5 (#500) in the morning and it is great compaired to the greasy crap that is called Rogaine.

Yeah, I have very little faith in azelaic acid, but Dr. Lee swears it works great. Not alot of evidence to suggest that azelaic acid does much of anything though!

viperfish,
xandrox 5% works for me. the azelaic acid seems to reduce hairloss. read my post in tell your story section.
