5 Month Update - Has My Hairloss Gotten Worse?

Hey guys,
Just here with an update on how everything is. I do these updates as it can be hard to gauge if your own hair loss has worsened or improved, so just here for some opinions. I've noticed an increase in shedding over the past 2 months which made me worry maybe I've begun to lose more hair. Some of the pictures were when my hair was a little damp, if that makes any difference. Also as you can see in some of the pictures, I still am having those red bumps on my temples every now and again. What do you guys think overall? Thanks.

IMHO it has gotten slightly better, even if youre just maintaining what you have youre fine, no one should be able to even tell your losing hair

I made a few lifestyle changes, no idea if that's done anything, but that's very motivating to hear. Maybe I imagine it worse than it actually is, after all, we're most critical of ourselves haha.
