I am hoping someone can help me with some general questions. I am a 43 year old male with a receeding hair line and baldness in the crown of my scalp. I have tried propecia with no results, I am now looking into hair transplants. I am thinking of FUE and am located about 1 hour from NYC so may consider using Dr Feller based on the input from this site. My primary concern is that I can only get one week off of work and since I work in an office cannot get away with wearing a hat when I return. I have never shaved my head and I want to be as discreet as possible. I know that after a week I will still be red and have scabs. However is it possible to not shave my head in order to help hide some of this?
