4 Months Into spironolactone And No Regrowth. Should I Add finasteride Now

been using spironolactone 200mg for almost 4 months. My sheds fluctuate a lot but in general I still think it's not ideal. My hairline is receding further and further back. I went from not using Toppik to not being able to create a natural hairline with it in just 6 months.
My original plan is to wait till the 8th month mark but I don't think my hairline can hold on for that long.
