3rd Month Applying Minoxidil On Hairline (regrowth?)

So, I'm nearly at the 3rd months and still only apply minoxidil on the hairline (every day at 20:00).

And i was wondering if you can see regrowth, If I for example sit in the car with bright sun and look in the mirror I can see very many little hairs (can only seem them in bright light tbh.)

Is this regrowth? Pictures are made when I just came out of the shower so my hair is a little wet.
