At 32 you must have been thinning for a while and only now it’s becoming apparent. From what I see, the thinning around crown and throughout the scalp is diffuse thinning associated with androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness.

I also see miniaturization in the microscope pictures. It’s not too bad, but I think should you start treatment if possible/you want to maintain your hair. Look into the Big 4 or 3
