yea it looks like it, but its still not to late to save it ! did you try finasteride and minoxidil and nizoral shampoo because i can see you have alot of dandruff
yeah its starting to thin but you still have great coverage so if you want to treat it you could basically have a full head of hair until the drugs lose efficacy which is a decade down the line if at all.
