23m Is My Hair Greying?! (more Words For The Rule)

What are these non-pigmented long hairs that are not in line with the rest of my hair?
They "stick out", they're long but not pigmented


Are they newly-grown hairs that will be pigmented within weeks? Or telogen hairs that will fall out shortly and new hair will replace them?
