23 Years Old Nothing Works Need Help

Hi everyone im new at here.

I used many things; spironolactone,ru,setipiprant,procyanidin,neogenic,dermastamp,oral saw palmetto and other things i forgot.
3 years ago i had propecia 0.5 mg for 2 month but it caused dry and painful eyes so i stoped it.
I never used minoxidil by the way.

As i said nothing works.So what can i do should i retry finasteride? I need help,thanks.

Are you sure it was the finasteride that caused your eyes to be dry and sore? I've not heard of this as a finasteride side-effect. There are a lot of possible causes of this.

Before finasteride i never felt something like that , after i stop finasteride that problem passed.in 3,4 days.İn that days i was only using propecia.

That's strange. I've not heard of finasteride causing dry and sore eyes before.
If you can't take finasteride, you also can't take dutasteride as it is effectively a stronger version of finasteride that has the same side-effects only more severe. Without finasteride, your options are limited. You could try looking into using CB-03-01 (Breezula).

Yeah I think it would be wise to give finasteride another go and see if you can handle it without side-effects. Without finasteride it is going to be very difficult. Ultimately, it is entirely up to you whether you choose to take finasteride and save your hair despite the risk of side-effects, or choose not to take it due to the risk of sides and continue to go bald naturally.
