23 Years Old And Hair Thinning Bad. What Do I Do?

Over the past 6-9 months my hair has thinned out unbelievably. (see images attached). I have been to a dermatologist just recently and had a blood test which came back completely normal - no autoimmune, hormone levels fine, thyroid is fine, vitamin d, vitamin b etc etc.
Dermo has suggested it is male pattern baldness or alopecia by how it looks but that's all they can go off. Here's the thing, there is absolutely no male pattern baldness in my family genes - nothing on dad's or mum's side - and I'm a little concerned.... Does anyone have some thoughts this, and also some treatment ideas?? Would be much appreciated.
Also, I don't strongly believe it's caused from stress but I could be wrong, and my diet is pretty good.
Thanks.

You have male pattern baldness bro, it can skip generations so your other family members didn't get it, you just got really unlucky. From this point you have 2 options: 1. You play russian roulette with your hormones and take finasteride (like me and the vast majority of people on this forum) or 2. You accept it and move on. Good luck !

Sorry to say this but you have male pattern baldness!

I also have no male pattern baldness in my family, not my father, grandfather.
How FutureSaitama say it, it can skip generations.

"Solution " for you :

Finasteride
or going bald

later : Hair transplant.

Good luck

Finasteride and minoxidil now and you could save a good chunk of your hair. I'm pretty certain that's male pattern baldness.
