Hello guys,

I, a 22-year-old (almost 23, therefore in the title of the thread) guy have a history of changing my hairstyles quite frequently. From spiked as a teenager to military haircuts, long hair, slicked-back hair, buzz cuts - I've almost sported every possible haircut on the market. The great thing about it was that I had the thickest and fullest hair I could imagine, which made me quite flexible in that regard.
Since I really loved how I looked with long hair, I have tried to regrow them again for numerous times. However, last year, it seemed to me as if the top was looking thinner than the sides, so I abandoned it and cut them down to 1,4mm.
My closer family and friends were quite shocked since they felt that my hair didn't thin, but I did and argued that I'd rather sport a buzz cut instead of trying to cover my scalp.
So I consequently wore a buzz cut for about a year when one of my band mates asked me why I didn't revert back to long hair since it looked so good on me. He also didn't think that I was thinning/balding, so I promised to grow them back again.
After seven weeks of hair growth, my hair looks like this currently and despite all my close friends telling me that it would look less "bald" the longer my hair gets, it just doesn't. So what do you say, judging from the pictures?
As you can see, my hairline is pretty uneffected, but all in all it looks like diffuse thinning all over.
I don't really have any issues with getting bald at all since I do like the way I look with a buzz cut, I would just like to have your opinion on my current state of hair and whether my hair has future or if it's better to commit to a buzz cut once again and forever.

It has started buddy. Good thing is you have no recession. If you get on finasteride now, you can add some density and won't even need minoxidil.
