23 y/o asian male, ca't tell if my hair on crown is thinning/shedding and if hairline is receding/maturing

Dad is 60 and still has hair as well as my grandpa. My mother's dad had hair when he was old. Starting to notice spots where I can see through my hair to my scalp. Been reading on traction alopecia since I used to wear hats a lot/style my hair the same part. Think I started to notice my hair volume become less/hair thinning on top but couldn't tell if it was shedding or I was losing it from stress? would love some feedback if I was thinning or male pattern baldness, stress, etc. trying to stay off any medications as long as possible. Sorry if the pics are bad first time doing this.
