Been worrying about my hair for 2/3 year
The second photo and last few photos are from about 4 years ago the rest are recent
Where am I the norwoood scale
I’m almost 24 is it too early to be thinking about a hair transplant

Where would you say I am on the Norwood scale? And how aggressive is it for my age

I don't do Norwoods because diffuse thinning makes them actually a negative in terms of regarding baldness. You appear to have had substantial hair loss in front of the ears, resulting in the elimination of the halo hair line shape that females and juveniles have. Most males do not even realize such hair is gone as it is somewhat intertwined with the side burns bearded area but you can draw a line with marker that shows where the hair line used to be and there are many movie stars with such baldness such as Slater, Pacino, Nicholson and my favorite, Evil Ed from Fright Night who is now NW7. Nicholson appears to be NW7 with a decent transplant and Slater and Pacino seem to have halted in front entirely. It can be a mixed bag and often presents with a widow's peak. it's not bad though and if you can maintain going forward, your temple recession is typically not seen as being cosmetically significant in terms of male attractiveness. Sting is like this as are many newsmen since it can be avuncular and trust inducing somehow. We all react to different levels of baldness in males, male and female and children all.

You seen a dermatologist and checked for male pattern baldness? I would say the BIG3 and derma roller would help the mild Hairloss, as your hair looks great.
