Hi,
I am 23 year old male, have been browsing around the forum for weeks now. After visiting the dermatologist I finally decided to post and get some real suggestions.
My right side temple was always higher than left side but in past 2 months my left side temple receded like crazy and a little bit from the right side. I went to see the dermatologist, I also have mild eczema and had one on the back of my neck, I also told her I was in a serious stress in the month of May and couldn't even sleep properly without waking up in the middle of the night due to stress. So, she said that I might have male pattern baldness and the stress kind of accelerated the shedding phase. She gave me topical for eczema and said I am too young for taking male pattern baldness treatment she also mentioned that one I start the treatment I will have to use it lifetime. Pretty sure she was talking about Minoxidil. She didn't mention anything about finasteride. She told me to visit her after 3 months which is in November but I am afraid I will lose all my temple by then so I am here in a desperate situation. I have lost my temples and cannot style my hair anymore but I will be seriously happy if I can keep what I have. Don't want to lose anymore. I hope to get a response from experienced members here.
