22 years old, thinning on front hairline, opinions/input wanted

I just wanted to get a few opinions on the stage of my hair loss and get an idea of what it would like turn into if untreated:

Also what sort of regimen should i hop on to halt or grow potentially back hair? I am looking for the least aggressive regimen that could still provide results.

Norwood 2a / 3. Thats some pretty bad hairline recession at 22.

Hmm, I'm 22 as well and that's exactly what mine looks like when I grow it out. I'd suggest big 3, which I just got on two months ago, and shaving your head so all the hairs are the same length...that way it looks less noticeable.
