22 Years Old And Thinning Hair, Is It Androgenetic Alopecia?

Hi, I'm 22 and I'm experiencing hair thinning almost all over my head.Now also temples seems to me less dense and I'm just trying to understand something. I already saw a dermatologist but he didn't seem to me very professional and now I'm looking for another one. In the mean time I want to ask your opinion about my situation.

Last two photos are from my last haircut, I added them just to enlight the thinning problem all over the scalp (On the top and on the very back also i think)

I found just low D vitamine on blood test ( 19 ng/mL ) and no Androgenetic Alopecia relatives (till grandparents, don't know how to go back further).

Should I go for minoxidil? I heard about zix formula in this forum and I wanted to try. I also suffer from SD and my hair get dirty after just one day after the shampoo. I started using nizoral 2% since the last week (twice a week) and I'm looking for a daily shampoo.. what do you suggest?
Looking at Norwood scale I cannot recognize my situation, is it normal to have thinning hair almost all over?

No, you should go for 0.5mg - 1mg Finasteride immediately. Shampoo wise, any voluminous shampoo would be suffice. NW2.5 hairline with unstable diffuse thinning that spans into NW6 territory. I wouldn't bother with minoxidil in your situation; too much of a hassle. Great for hairline regions though.

And what about D vit? Should I integrate it? It's quite low.. I also experience a period (5/6 months) of stress that led me here (degree and no care at all to healt/food) and during this period I noticed a visible worsening of my situation

Honeslty my hairline didn't seem to me so receiding, compared to 5/6 years ago photos it's quite the same and it seems to me not too far back (but I'm a noob), density instead is noticebly less. But why is it a 2.5 Norwood? And what's the meaning of other 'balding spots'?

Your hair is thinning pretty hard for your age. You could recover a lot with the big 3 though.
