22 Years Old- Am I Losing My Hair Or Imagining It

Always been paranoid about hair loss. I remember having a slight M shaped hairline in high school, with the left side being worse than the right. I use ketaconazole and pura d'or hairloss shampoo. Dermatologist said no to finesteride.

I have attached pictures. Two with my hair combed all the way back. Two with my normal hairstyle.

Speaking about dermatologists, did he/she diagnosed you with a very early stage of male pattern baldness? Did he/she did a miniaturization test on you?

Didn't even ask for me to pull my hair back. Just looked at it from the top, and said I'm hesistant to prescribe now let's just monitor come back in 6 months

Lol. My dermatologist did the same thing, even though I'm not thinning or balding on the top or crown.

Norwood 2 with a very small forehead and a very low hairline. Just monitor.
