21 Days Past Hair Transplant. Photo Attached.

Recently I had a hair transplant with 3000 grafts. Once scabs appeared, washed them off after loosening up with oil. Image 1.
However, problem is some hair as you can see in image 2, I have lost I think. You can see black dots in image 2. Will those come back? Or I lost them?!

They will regrow, since you are three weeks after a transplant it is normal to start shedding the transplanted hairs. They should start regrowing in about two and a half to three months. The photos look good.
