20y/o Thinning Hairline Advice Needed

Hi all, this is my first post here. I didn’t really realise how bad it was until I took some pictures today and I was wondering whether anyone with similar thinning to me has had a hair Transplant (when it is more advanced) I’m abit worried about tablets and foams due to the side effects and I certainly don’t want to make it any worse than it is. I don’t really know where to start but any advice would be brilliant. Ive always had very fine hair but as in photos my thinning is basically totally on my hairline and I haven’t noticed any on my crown yet. Ps apologies for making a post I appreciate there is a lot of information out there but I wanted to actually discuss it as my friends and family say it looks normal
