As the title suggests, i'm wondering if i should be worried or not about my hair. (I mean, obviously it wouldn't be the end of the world if i was going bald, but i still like having hair).
After hopping out of a shower my hair looks pretty awful, and i don't know if this is normal or not (i just got my haircut after about a year, so i'm not used to having shot hair). After drying off, it looks better, but it's still got that see through look. Also have a pretty big spot on the back of my head that has very little hair. Just worried that it's the beginning of baldness.
What do you think? Am i in the early stages of going bald? Or is my hair just thin?
Also, can diet truly affect your hair? To say i've eaten badly the past two years would be an understatement. I've eaten nothing but chicken, bread and chili mayo for about 2 years straight, with basically nothing else(depression was an A**).
I recently started up a new routine which will greatly diversify my diet to include vegetables, eggs, other meats, fruits etc. Do you think that could help my hair? Or is it pretty much 100% genetics.
Thanks.
