Just dug out an old pic and compared it to now,

as I was in the process of getting a hair transplant but those plans down the shitter!

Basically I have a pic from late 2014 I had a blood test done in November 13 previous year testosterone was 17.1 not optimal but a good range.

However now it has dropped to 13.1 now.

I take biotin etc eat clean and healthy, Exercise frequently, low motivation and libido though.

I just dont get it now that I compare side by side its easy to see why no one will touch me!!

I doubt this is a DHT thing as my facial hair is also sparse as you can see.

Wondering if anyone has the same type of hair/ issue.

Before you add any supplements or more meds, find an MD that understands testosterone, estrogen and vitamin levels, among other things, and the importance that they be at optimal levels not just within a range, especially for someone your age. Yes, see an endocrinologist or a top integrative medicine physician. It's not just testosterone but free testosterone that is critically important. Thyroid tests very important too, but you need a comprehensive panel and a consult with a Dr. that cares as much about your concerns as you do. Best of luck.

1. Do you get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep?

2. Getting plenty of sun, vitamin D, biotin, zinc,

3. Try DHEA??

Yeah sleep is good, sun well as much as you can get in the UK, vit D is sufficient at 52, biotin I take a supplement daily, zinc I used to take a supplement but stopped started taking alpha men which has zinc 100% rda in it

DHEA il look into but I reckon il just go and see an endo
