How long did you wait for the appointment?

At the time of the consult it was a 5 month wait but I got in on a cancellation so only ended up waiting a month.

Post pics now I wanna see

Eventually I'm going to do a really long and detailed write up with before and monthly pictures, my researching the hair transplant process phase, treatments I used before opting for hair transplant etc, but been busy and off forums for last couple months and haven't been thinking about hair loss at all now.

I'm at the 3 month mark atm, just got my first haircut but only the sides and the back were buzzed top was left untouched. Here is my progress:

While I appreciate the sharing of everyone's experience, I do wonder why the FUE posts are often found under this section...
There is much less on FUT discussed, clearly due to the fact that it is less popular nowadays, but it is the option that suits me and I would like to see more of everyone's personal testimony.

FUT is a pretty safe (if you pick the top guys) and boring bet with a long track record ...I think ppl gain more from FUE logs as the variance in results is greater, risk is higher and only a small # of docs are producing consistent quality results

Sure, but would this thread not be more appropriately sectioned under 'FUE before and after photos' ?

Here's a collection of pics in random order with the month titled below. Check preop pics and see I had literally no temple points it wwas just a verticle line, last pic shows temple point, line in head is from barber in case you're wondering why it looks weird. Can get it cut to a 0'' or 1'' and you can see the dots in certain light but at a 1.5'' it is gone

Overall very pleased, right side did not quite catch up to left side and there is a small thinner spot in the center of the hairline. I'm prob gonna go for round 2 at some point but no rush for that. My only regret is not listening to Dr Lorenzo and going more aggressive. He initially wanted to put the hairline slightly lower as well as temples. When I go back I want to build on the temple points more and lower temple corners slightly. I was always paranoid about FUE and super skepticle so for round 1 I went as conservative as possible in case it was a failure and I needed to shave it or get an FUT later. Now my worries are gone for the most part (tho still concerns about a lower yield when a second fue is done due to the likely damage to donor under the skin)

Any 2-time FUE'ers can comment if the yield second time around was lower?

Will provide a way better and detailed documentation in the future, just had so many picutres and info to sort through so threw this together for now.
