Yeah it looks like the very early stages. Swallow your pride, go visit either a dermatologist or a doctor who does hair transplants (just for an evaluation and to confirm it, and get a prescription for finasteride). Get on the big 3, and you have a very high chance of keeping a good head of hair for a long time to come. I've been on the big 3 for 8 years and it carried me through my 20's without much further loss.
