Hi guys, new to the forum and hoping you can help. I'm 90% sure I'm in the (hopefully?) early stages of diffuse thinning. My dad is 58 and the top and crown of his head have diffused badly, although he did not suffer MBP. I've attached a couple of photos. The thinning is only really noticeable directly under a bright light or when my hair is wet, but I really don't want it getting any worse than this in my 20s. Also I've noticed slight recession in my temples and am unsure as to whether this is a maturing hairline or MBP.

Any help appreciated.

Make an appointment to see a dermatologist , see what they say and take finasteride if you are willing to take it. It's best used as prevention and your hair looks great ATM.
