Hi guys,
For the past 5 months I have been lossing hair at a very rapid rate.
I went to seemy GP to see if there was anything he can do to help me. He advice me to use Alpecin caffine liquid and Pantogar, use both daily for a 3 months course.
However after 3 months I seem to have lost more hair than i would have without using the products.

My current hair is what you see below. Do I have still have hope to regrow hair or am I far gone. Yes I know I need a hair cut :p

Very diffuse, no idea what pantagar.

Look up Big 3

finasteride
Min
nizoral

Get a script for finasteride from your doctor, derm, hair transplant surgeon or order it online. You can buy liquid minoxidil for cheap online.

Your GP did the worst thing ever.
Caffeine fryes your hair.
Get on Rogaine or finasteride ASAP.

Thanks for the reply. I know what minoxidil and by finasteride do you mean Finasteride. also what is nizoral?
Apologise if my questions seem silly but i am new to all this

So i was better off not using it. I knew something was wrong after I used Alpecin for the last time and saw a handful of hair drop off my head.

Alpecin does nothing for hair loss. Most doctors and dermatologists are less than useless when it comes to hair loss, they seem to be totally unaware of the only medications that work, finasteridem dutasteride and minoxidil. Every single one should lose their license for medical incompetence/negligence.

Yes Finasteride get it alongside minoxidil. Nizoral is a shampoo that people use one/twice a week its good for the scalp but not necessary.

Agree with this. They seem to have an obsession with topicals that do nothing. I can imagine so many people have lost ground due to their B.S analyses. Best thing you can do is get a consultation with a hair transplant specialist or at least a consultant for a hair transplant specialist.

Is this true? Would explain a lot with my situation. Thanks

Some hyperbole going on in this thread, all you need to know, caffeine shampoo is worthless. End of discussion. Only way you're going to stop what can only be described as aggressive hair loss as you've shown in your pictures, you must get on the big three. Attack with full force.
Finasteride =/= Propecia
Minoxidil =/= Kirkland Liquid
Nizoral.
