I've been taking 1.25 finasteride daily for three months, same sides. I haven't had morning wood since i started, loss of libido, watery semen, softer erections.
I saw a doctor about it and got bloodwork, i'm seeing him on friday about the results. He told me that loss of libido, softer erections can be caused by stress and anxiety you have because you're thinking so much about the sides and losing your hair.
It's possible to lose/have lesss and softer morning wood from stress as well but usually loss of morningwood indicates a physiological problem rather than psychological.
My advice dude, keep on taking it for three or so months, see how you go. give your body time to adjust.
From what I've read here on the forums, most dudes sides go away within 3 months of continued use. If they don't, you can always stop taking it and you'll be back to normal.
If you're really worried, go see a doctor and get your hormones checked just to be sure finasteride is knocking you about. I also got my liver checked, Doctor said liver problems can cause rises in estrogen.
Stay on finasteride, dude. At least for now.
