Hi,

I'm 34 years old and my hair is beginning to thin, mostly in the middle of my head, at the hairline and at the crown. I bought some 5% minoxodil today. I'm just wondering what else I should be doing. I'm simply looking to maintain the hair I have at this point.

Take Propecia/Proscar for maintenance and maybe some regrowth.

minoxidil won’t maintain your existing hair, but it may grow some new hair.

Also remember that the hair you grow on minoxidil is minoxidil-dependant. So if you stop using it you will likely lose any hair you have gained.
