Always had thick hair but I've been thinning rapidly all over my head, I've seen some thinning at the a year before, but nothing significant, it all started happening so quickly when I got into hospital for trying drugs 7 months ago, been depressed for around a month after the hospital. It has been pretty good right now, except my sleep, pretty sure I have sleep apnea and I'm going to look into it later.

When I do the pluck test the hair has white bulb.
The scalp has been randomly itchy the last few months.
So, is this telogen effluvium?
