18 and almost completely bald on top

I'm am 18yo male, and I've already lost almost all my hair from the top of my scalp. If I'm completely honest this is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. It effects everything I do. Every time I see another guy, I imagine what it would be like if I had his hair and it's the worst feeling ever. It makes me depressed how helpless I am and it seems no one knows my pain. I need hair.

Yeah post pics. We are our own worst critic sometimes. I have seen thick NW1's claim they are a few hairs away from being slick bald.

Sometimes a great attitude can help a lot, many bald men are considered hunks, so do the best with what you have, maybe it's not too late for medication, wish you the best.
