17m Am I Thinning On The Crown? Family History Of Balding

My crown has always had this bald spot, but recently a lot of people have been pointing it out and telling me I’m balding. I’ve always had thin as hair, but recently I’m wondering if this is because I’ve been balding since a young age. Both grandfathers on both family sides have some form of thinning hair, but my dad has the worst balding out of everyone in the family, it became clearly visible for him at around 35, when his crown thinned a lot.

I always expected to become bald when I grew older, just never this young...
Can I just get some confirmation whether this thinning is of concern or not short term?
