17 years with saw palmetto, mybe slow down?

Taking 17 years saw palmetto
I took only 1 at a day now 1 morning 1.evning as supposed(didnt know)
I think.it.may slow down my hair balding
But i cant tell.since.severe stress for the 1o years every time took my hair 1.step
Worse in.balding
So i can say it may slow down or stop hair loss
Since period without stress for a year or even 2 year i lost no hair. On my head
