16 Years Old, Receding Hairline Or Not?

Hello I am 16 years old, i noticed that i have hairline that is not straight. My dad starts receding his hairline in his 12th grade. I fear that my hairline is receding, I don’t know if my hairline is always like this or receding.

Alao I have a younger brother who is 2 years younger than me and i noticed that he has a similar hairline as me. And is it natural to have this hairline since birth?

yeah just hop on the big three, finasteride, minoxidil and dermarolling....nizoral fries my hair so i don't recommend it. Try t-gel instead.

Don't tell someone who is 16 years old to jump on the big three, he is too young and still developing.

Also i wouldn't jump the gun calling this server diffuse thinning, depending on his hair type/length/lighting/angle the photo is taken it can pain an unrepresentative picture.

My hair looks severely diffuse when shaved and photos are taken at certain angles, but with long hair i show little to no signs of hairloss.

@RacovA Has your hairline always been this shape or have you noticed it starting to change recently? If your noticing change in the appearance of your hair and lots of shedding then it may be premature male pattern baldness, but its always worthwhile getting a professional opinion.

In the event that this is male pattern baldness, you can choose to start minoxidil and then make a decision whether to jump onto Propecia once you've turned 18.
