16 Year Old Noticing Bald Spots In Back

I just took a picture of the back side of my head and it seems like Im starting to go bald. It looks my hair is thinning and im only 16 years old. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

This can't be balding or can it? Man see a doctor asap I think this is something else the back is recked.

It looks like telogen.It goes beyond the crown.There is no way to really stop it you will have to wait for it to stop and than to regrow.You should see the doctor.
