16 year old, diffuse thinning without bad shedding (pics)

Hey guys, need help on a regime or diognosis

Noticed hair was gone on top 5 months ago, dont notice hair shedding , cousins are bald but receded in their 20's both grandfathers slick bald at 30

cant take finasteride, i cant even grow a beard yet, why the hell is this happening??

could it be not male pattern baldness?
