16 y/o losing hair fast. anything that can be done?

Yes, Minoxidil is good for regrowth, and Ketoconazole is good for helping to keep the scalp healthy. I'm unfamiliar with RU58841, all what I know about it is that it supposed to be a very potent topical anti-androgen. Ask zzzzz, he's used that anti-androgen before, I'm pretty sure he knows about it well.

Sucks to hear that about your brother. Damn 16! The most I would have him use is maybe minoxidil. The other stuff is just too much at his age.
Tom's you gotta get yourself on something. You still have a good head of hair, you should fight to keep it. I know finasteride didn't work for you, but there is other stuff out there to try. When are you suppose to get your RU? Hellouser is the most successful user of that stuff that I have seen, but he also uses minoxidil. I think you should hit your hair loss with everything you have, especially if it is as aggressive as you say.

I'm just worried about his age. Maybe minoxidil and nizoral can buy him some time till he can use something more effective.
