Hi Everyone!

Im starting this thread because im going back to Dr Kesers tomorrow for my Part 2 hair transplant. The first hair transplant went fantastic and the results where mind blowing.

You can see it here: http://bellicapelli.forumfree.it/?t=58751998

When i went there for the first time 5 years ago we draw a hairline that was a little bit higher then i wanted having future hair loss i mind. We said that if the hair loss is stable in my 30s we will make it a little bit lower so i can feel perfectly good about it . I have a very big and round forhead so it makes the look alot.

I will lower my hairline a little bit and fill out my crown some using 1000-1500grafts depending on Kesers opinion.

Please spare me the "How can you waste so much grafts on the hair line" talk. i know want i want and the risks going with it. This thread is made so i can share Dr Kesers work with you.

I will take photos and post regularly as i did the first time. I will allow look at my donor and how i looks now after the first hair transplant regarding scars and take pictures of that as well.

Keep you posted!
Regards
Gatsu

Hi Gatsu, looking forward for your pictures.
I'm interested in a hair transplant and I'm considering Keser and Koray

Hi everyone!

Came back from Turkey and Dr.Keser 7 days ago.

I had a great stay and Dr. Keser with staff treated me very well. I did a total of 1500 grafts, 1300 in the front and 200 in the crown. Dr. Keser is a perfectionist and really takes his time when doing his work. He did 500 grafts over 3 days.
Im really happy about my stay and i feel really confident that i now will have a eternally great hairline http://www.hairestorationetwork.com/eve/images/smilies/smile.gif.

I will post pictures on the progress and feel free to ask any questions!

Looks great! But do you really have to keep taking finasteride???
I'm new to all this and thought the reason to get an hair transplant to get away from taking finasteride and applying minoxidil.
Are you gonna be taking finasteride for the rest of your life, or is this something you have to do post-op temporarily???

Its actually the other way around. I started taking finasteride when i shaved down for this hair transplant and noticed my hair was getting thinner all around. , if you do a hair transplant its more standard to start taking finasteride than not. Because even tough your transplanted hair wont fall out the hair behind will still most likely fall out. So you want to keep your existing hair by taking finasteride and hopefully wont be needing a second or third hair transplant down the line..So im going to take it as long as i need it or feel the that i want to keep my hair, or until something else comes along.

Unless you're a freak of nature, you don't have the quantity of donor hair to create good density across an entire bald scalp, which is why the best recipe is usually hair transplant in bald/thin areas + meds to maintain native hair

Usually the only dudes for whom a transplant without meds is the best situation are the ones who are already/almost fully bald, in which case they usually settle for a conservative/lower density final result (that can still look way better than a bald head in the hands of a good surgeon)

you know, when i look at the pictures i regret that i didn't pull the sides more forward. Didnt think about it then and maybe it would take alot more grafts but it would frame the face more. What do you guys think?

Talking about temple points?

Yea, im kinda pissed i didn't adress it when i was there. Im thinking about doing it now after, like a "touch up" .

i never figured out why i didn't feel 100% satisfied with my hairline until now. I never thought about temple points and how much it does. Im looking at options atm, think i can adjust that fairly easy with a couple of hundred grafts..
