15% Xandrox and shedding?

Those who have started using 15% Xandrox have you noticed an initial shed period when you started using the product?? Dr. Lee says this shouldn't happen but I think differently.

My hair started shedding three weeks after I added it to my 1x 5% xandrox routine.
