15% Minoxidil Vs 30% Minoxidil? Please Help

So recently I've been stepping up my game by adding dutasteride to my regimen. I now want to add a strong minoxidil formula as well. Minoxidil max sells dual-gen 15, Murray Avenue pharmacy sells a 30% minoxidil CREAM. Has anyone tried the products from EITHER of these places? If so, for how long and what were your results? Do you think it's more effective than the standard 5%?

That said, I really DON'T think Minoxidil is a serious treatment, at least nowhere
near as good as Finasteride is.

I'm only doing it to grow my hair long again. After that, I'm going to go down
to 15%.

It's kind of strange that anyone would really want to use 30%. It's not as good
as Finasteride. Sad but true.

Well yeah, I don't expect any concentration of minoxidil to be as effective as an anti-androgen.

So as it stands, you have used neither the 15 nor 30%? When you get the 30, you're getting it from Murray pharmacy?

Yes, that's correct.

I did use the 30% (and I will in a week, or whenever I get my next shipment.....).

My hair grew one inch (2.5 centimeters) per month (no lie).

I think I'm going to make a post and document.

Currently I have a buzz cut.

But, I am going to eventually turn myself into a hippie! I actually had really long hair
in my early twenties.

Geez, what Norwood are you currently? How long were you using the 30%?

Overall, it was working for you? You'd recommend it?

I don't think it's a cure.

It's good, but without the Finasteride and Hydrocortisone, it probably
won't do much.

That said, it's good at growing hair back. I would recommend it
for that though.

I'm conflicted. On one hand you say it's good at growing back hair, then say it "probably won't do much". Which is it?

I don't mean to sound provoking, just very curious. Also how long did you use it for?

You're on dutasteride, I would lower minoxidil down to 5% to avoid skin sides and make sure it doesn't dribble down the face. I don't see the need to do a hard 15% unless you're just impatient

Question for you guys who moved from 5% minoxidil to stronger, did you see improvement on 5% but eventually it lost it's power or did you move to stronger because you didn't get anything at all from 5%?
