15 and RAPID hairloss and thinning HELP

A few months back, about late May, I noticed that my hair by the crown of my head was pretty thin compared to the rest of my hair. I saw a slight "bald spot" you might say, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the swirl many people have in the crown, I'm almost sure I've never had that swirl. Anyway, in the coming days, weeks, and months, my hair has rapidly thinned out and has fallen a lot too. Over these periods I was extremely stressed, and I have anxiety too, so no doubt it could have sped up the hairloss. Now I have so much less hair than when I did in the past, I'm too scared to even style my hair now, my hair is so spread out and you could see my scalp clearly if my hair is not combed right. When I take a shower and my hair is wet, the top part (it use to be by the crown, now it's practically all over the top of my head, even the upper sides) basically looks like a bald head. I get depressed just looking at myself in the mirror because of it. I went to the dermatologist about a week ago, and they said I had a lot of dandruff and dry scalp, etc. I've had this problem for years, so I don't know why my hair would fall off because of it. But anyway, they said to use Ketoconazole 2% Shampoo EVERYDAY for 3 months, and I have to leave it for 15 minutes on my head before I wash it off. When I wash my hair a lot of hair falls out. They also gave me these drops to put on my head before I sleep. I've lost this much hair in just a few months, if it continues at this rate, I'll be fully bald by the time I'm 17. My hairline seems to be pretty intact I think, it's a bit receded though. But it's very easy to see my scalp, and since my hairs are so spread out, if I'd want to show it by not combing, you can see how bad it is. Do any of you have any recommendations to help with my hairloss? Like I said before I've been VERY stressed and my eating habits are a little off. Hopefully treating my dandruff and scalp with the shampoo will help, but for the mean time is there something else? Any type of natural oils, vitamins, foods? I'm pretty sure I'm too young to take Propecia and I heard it has bad side effects. I really don't want to go bald, not this young, and I'm NOT exaggerating here, I'm serious. Anything else to help with my hairloss would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like male pattern baldness a picture would help us say for certain if it is or not.

If it is male pattern baldness it sounds very aggressive. It wouldn't have anything to do with anxiety. I would take finasteride or even dutasteride (which is more powerful then finasteride), minoxidil 5% liquid, and keep taking your shampoo.

These three together are known as the big 3. You can buy all of them at a drug store or you can use alldaychemist or inhousepharmacy.vu website to get them without a script. This treatment is exclusively for male pattern baldness.

talk to a doctor before taking finasteride at 15

Sorry to have to break it to you, but if you are 15 years old with aggressive hair loss, your prognosis is going to be a very poor one. When male pattern baldness kicks in at this age, it is an absolute death sentence in terms of your hopes of being able to successfully treat the condition. The earlier that male pattern baldness starts, the more aggressive it is, and the harder it is to treat.

You are too young to begin Finasteride, so the only thing I would suggest is Nizoral shampoo and Minoxidil. These treatments will at least help a little. When you are 18 you can consider starting Finasteride or Dutasteride under a doctor's supervision. These drugs will hugely slow down the balding process, and would most likely save your remaining hair for a few more years.
