11months minoxidil, 8months finasteride update

Hello friends,

I am back again to update my hairsituation. Well after 4months of badhair, m situation is umproving very fast these days.

Short recapitulation. One year ago I was almost totaly bald on the top with slick areas on my temples, midscalp and crown , with small amount of vellus hair on these areas.

In June 03 I started with minoxidil and in August 03 I started with finasteride. Aound the Christmas I have regrown quite fair amount of hair back but it was bad quality and it wasn not fully cosmetically accetable.

Next months I experienced shedding and situation turned in such way that I looked as in the beginning of treatment.

One month ago I noticed first positive change after long time.My hair stopped to shed. And now I see lot of new hair on my head, far more than in December and far better quality too!!!

Yesterday I went to my doctor for another proscar prescription and he said "well done, man" and asked me not to stop with treatment.

Now I see that my teenage hairline is growing back. It is not 100% but if I consider that year ago i was bald, I am happy. And I believe in positive progress in the future.

Do you apply minoxidil an your whole scalp ?

I was in the same situation started minoxidil in June 03 Propecia on October 03 in Janueary04 my hair looked like sh*t and i dropped minoxidil because of that...

Now I'm on minoxidil since march with some regrowth...i will definitaly stay on it....

I apply minoxidil on my hole head. I rub it slightly into scalp.

My hair is getting better every day these day. But now I am off proscar and will get another pack on Monday. That means two days without it. Do you think that it can influence the good progress I have?
